FREE ADJUSTMENT WITH SCHOOL SUPPLY DONATION!
On Thursday, August 11, 2016, all Established Patients (patients currently seeking treatment in our office) will receive a chiropractic adjustment in exchange for 10 or more items of school supplies.*
*MEDICARE PATIENTS EXCLUDED DUE TO FEDERAL REGULATION
The items will be donated to Pond Gap Elementary School.
Recommended items: Blunt tip scissors, glue sticks, 24 count crayons, No. 2 pencils, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, Ziploc bags (any size), spiral notebooks.
