Pay it Forward in November!

To celebrate Thanksgiving, we are holding a canned food drive to benefit those in need in our community. We need your help!  We invite you to bring in non-perishable items to our office between now and November 23.  The items received will be donated to the Corryton Food Pantry.

For every 5 items you bring in, you will receive a gift certificate to share with a friend or family member that entitles them to a complimentary New Patient exam and initial treatment. (Medicare patients excluded due to federal regulation.)
